Great Falls Cleaners & Lucy's Tailor consistently deliver outstanding results. My clothes always come back looking flawless, and Lucy's tailoring is spot-on every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend! Easiest drop off & pick ups too.

I had a terrible experience with the owner - dropped off a jacket to be dry cleaned and it came back in a different color. When I brought it up the owner became very defensive and argumentative.
I was very calm, never asked her for any sort of compensation, I was just trying to understand what happened. To clear, I am not even upset about the jacket. It is a waxed canvas jacket and I think either the dry cleaning chemicals or the hot press after must have stripped a layer from it. I made it clear to her that I was in no way blaming her, but was trying to understand what had happened. I don’t think she does the work herself, she sends it out.
My issue is how defensive and argumentative she became. She first claimed the color was same. When I showed her a photo she then claimed the color changed with age and this must be really old. Worst of all, she later said she didn’t want to dry clean it but I somehow forced her to. Absolutely absurd.
She offered no help to trying to figure what happened nor did she apologize. Instead she got upset, raised her voice at me, and made up lies. Just awful.

Any service I have had performed by Lucy from Great Falls Cleaners has been of the highest quality. I especially recommend alterations & darning - which is so superbly done it is undetectable. Best of all Lucy’s smiling face and friendly demeanor always makes visiting a pleasure.Services: Laundry wash & fold

My go-to spot for my expensive stuff; so far so good!! But I would not recommend using them for any Canada Goose products. My fault on that one, but the Tysons Canada Goose store even gives you a recommended cleaners. Use the recommendation if you're given one. My raincoat isn't as perfect as it used to be and there's nothing GFC can do once that happens, unless they bought me the worth of the brand new coat. Nevertheless- I use them. I like the people that run this place

I accidentally made a small tear in my jacket.I called a couple of dry/cleaner repair shops and said it would be at least a week. Someone recommended Great Falls Cleaners to me. I called and Lucy was extremely helpful and told me to come in. Lucy did an A+ repair within 15 minutes. The jacket looks as good as new.

Can we talk about how amazing Lucy is? She is always positive, always nice and tells you very accurately what needs to be done. The Great Falls Cleaners is incredibly reliable cleaners service and they were always very thorough and gentle with our clothing and household stuff that needed cleaning. They are open during convenient hours, so I usually drop of my stuff in the morning and in a day or two I pick it up in the afternoon on my way to/from work. It happened to me twice now that the actual price was a little lower then the original estimation. I just LOVE this bussiness.

I can't explain what a great business this is. First I was greeted enthusiastically by Lucy which started the interaction splendidly. I dropped off my wife's business clothes and she inspected each and every garment and noted with tags anything that needed special attention. I have never experienced this level of detail oriented dry cleaning. This was my first time at a dry cleaners in Grest Falls since we moved from WA state. I picked it up and once again Lucy gave a splendid bright reception. The prices were the best I've experienced and I will be back every time I need dry cleaning and when I need to get my suits taken in by the alterations they also offer. Today I'll stop by and get my sons cub scout patches sewed on. Thanks Lucy!! A+++

I want to publicly compliment Great Falls Cleaners. It was my first time using them.
My husband's light colored work pants had a pen explode in the pocket. I had used rubbing alcohol and loosened up the ink only to have it spread all over in my repeated attempts to remove the stain.
I took it to another cleaner with no improvement. I was ready to throw the pants out. But I decided to give Great Falls Cleaners a try based on online reviews.
They were super friendly but unsure they could get the stain out, but they were willing to give it a shot.
Great news. The pants look great. They only charged me $9 when I know they spent considerable time and effort to remove the stain which was now in multiple spots all over the pants.
Very happy and impressed. Thank you Great Falls Cleaners.
