“Lena was so kind and accommodating. I just came in for an oil change & tire rotation during my lunch break and they provided an uber for me to get back to the office. When my car was ready a couple hours later, they sent me a ride back to the shop. There were some additional services they quoted me for, and Lena was so nice when I told her I didn't have the funds for any additional work right now. She gave me a coupon and assured me they'd beat any other shops' estimate. I will definitely return to this shop in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone! Great customer service!!”

“I think this is the best place I’ve gone outside of the actually dealer for repairs. Daniel is so nice and the service men are very thorough. I never feel like they will take advantage of me or do anything to my car that isn’t required. They always send pictures of what they fixed when the service is complete and a log of how your other parts are functioning and whether they need replacement. I will continue taking my car here. The only issue is there are no appointments. It’s first come first serve so you have to be there at 8, but it’s not a big deal for peace of mind.”

Asgar, the owner, is the most honest and particular mechanic I have had the good fortune to meet in Alexandria, his prior location, and now situated at his place in Old Sleepy Hollow, 6519 Arlington Bvd 3001, Falls Church, VA 22042 Asgar can handle most repairs and will do so at a fair price unlike most dealerships who charge outrageous prices for the same brand items and labour.”
“I can only comment on my experience with this Shell gas station, specifically regarding gas prices. I'm currently in Oakton, dogsitting, and initially attempted to fill up my tank on Chain Bridge Road. However, the price of $3.75 for unleaded gas seemed excessively high, and I'm always mindful of fuel costs these days.So, I decided to utilize my Google search skills to find the nearest gas stations, and to my delight, a few options popped up in the area, complete with posted prices for regular fuel. This is an excellent feature that helps individuals like me make informed choices and save a few cents.Upon discovering this particular Shell station, I didn't hesitate to drive approximately 1.5 miles to take advantage of their price of $3.29 per gallon, saving me a significant amount compared to the more expensive options mentioned earlier. I greatly appreciate that Shell offered a competitive price without overcharging.Since it's a self-serve station, I believe it deserves a 5-star rating for providing affordable fuel options and allowing me to make a cost-effective choice. “Never have I given five stars to a gas station...until now. Yes, they station is new and it's very clean and it has a wide range of snacks, drinks, and food inside. But the real reason for the five star rating is Chit Chaat Cafe inside. A North Indian mother makes homemade Indian food for affordable prices and the food is soooooo good. The station also has a chai station and Indian drinks like Thums Up soda and mango lassi.”

“Customer for life! I've gone to this service center a few times for gas and inspections and have always appreciated how clean and friendly everyone is-- but this week they earned me as a customer for life! On the way to drop my kids off at school, my air suspension went out and my car felt barely drive-able. I rolled into the shop with no appointment but worried my car was unsafe. Jim took a look at it right away and had it up on the lift within minutes. He knew right away what was going on and showed me pictures of the possible problems. I mentioned I had an extended warranty with my dealership but wasn't sure if it would be covered. Jim was able to get my car safe for the short term and encourage me to go to my dealership to have them check it out. The dealership came back with a 6k estimate and I called Jim who gave me a quote which was much cheaper but also gave me questions to ask the dealership. Because of his help, the dealership covered the work under the warranty. I don't know a lot about cars and feel it's an area I've been taken advantage of before. Jim wasn't there to make a quick buck-- but to support and find the best solution. He earned our trust and all our future business.”

“For the last 3 years I've gone here for fuel. It's the cheapest prices by far. I recently had 2 tires put on and was happy with the price and service. I just went back for 2 more tires and an oil change. Again, I'm completely happy with the price,The service, and the thoroughness They provide when checking my vehicle. They don't try to upcharge you and sell you on parts You don't need. They are fast,friendly, and honest in my opinion, and I recommend everyone going here.”

“I’ve never had any auto work there, but I like to get gas there because they go all out on the holiday decorations, the place is incredibly clean (even the bathroom - cleanest gas station bathroom I’ve ever seen), and there are no advertisements blaring in your face as you pump your gas. The staff has also been helpful to me. I go out of my way to use this gas station.”
“Had my bumper replaced and was told not to go to car washes with moving brushes for 60 days! Well Spring came and so did all this pollen on my car. My dark blue car was covered. I asked around and found this was the old school car wash where you can do it yourself. Funny I didn't realize how many people still go to self serve car washes because it was packed! There was about 4-5 lanes and you have to get tokens to operate the wands. The machine takes cash and credit card. The tokens are $1 each and gives you a certain amount of time. So the more time you need, the more tokens you should purchase. I say, come with patience because as I said this place was crowded and depending on who's in front of you, your wait time will vary. I got out the car while I was waiting to get my tokens before it was my turn but I did see a guy pull in to the bay and then go get his tokens. The guy I was behind started busting out his buffering tools and wax so I waited quite a bit for him to finish! But he did add a couple tokens when he left and told me to pull in! I will come back like on a Tuesday morning.”

“I stopped here after getting a very low tire pressure warning. It had dropped drastically and fast and I live in VA so I was a bit panicky pulling up to the service area. The young man (wish I caught his name) checked my tire, but couldn’t find a nail. I was worried that I wouldn’t make it back to VA without going completely flat, so he overfilled it and reassured me I would make it home safely. He didn’t charge me anything, despite me taking up at least 15-20 mins of his time. I did make it home safely, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and calmness of this employee. Thank you so much!!”

“No discount on car wash if you purchase gas. Not the most expensive gas in the area and not the cheapest for regular 87 octane. One plus is that it does have a 7-11. The car wash was decent but a bit overpriced for what it was. For automatic car washes, I'd give it a 6 out of 10 since it got most of the dust off but really struggled getting the front of the car clean near the headlights. As far as the hood and sides it did an ok job. Deluxe car wash was the cheapest at $11. Also this is NOT a touch free car wash, so beware if you have paint you really care about but for older cars this was fine.”
