WARNING: do NOT ever go to this place to take photos for passports or so! They really have a bad camera’s you feel like they captured it from 90’s or even 80’s era, when i asked to not pay for the digital copy she was kinda rude too! I would give less than 1 star tbh! That’s so bad and wasting of time! I got scammed from them paying 22$ for those trash photos! What a ridiculous

WORST CVS!!!Carmen's behavior as a manager has raised serious concerns due to repeated instances of racial profiling and insensitive comments. Her actions create a hostile environment for customers. As soon as I walked in she started fallowing me around and gossiping to her coworkers to follow me around I even heard a “I think she’s robbing” this is disgusting behavior. This needs Immediate attention and actions are needed to address the issue with this manager.
I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THAT CVS AGAIN!

Ralph was super helpful. I was surprised at how he went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I would have left, thinking CVS didn't have what I needed, if he hadn't walked me through the store to several areas and then finally we found the item. He helped me return an item and then checked me out with my new item. He may have been the only staff person there, but he was 100% focused on providing me excellent customer service.

Scheduled vaccine booster online. Came on time and was told I am not in the system and they were not to honor my appointment. No apology or explanation. Told to go elsewhere. What a service.

Ive visited here twice this week and both times had difficulty using my goodrx discount card. Also, the prices dont match. Today, the rep told me they didnt have one of my prescriptions and i woukd have to come back tomorrow. Its for my daughter so i needed it asap. I asked if another cvs nearby had it in stock and it was 20 min away. That would have been an additional hour out of my day to go there and back. All of a sudden my prescription was in stock. The rep blamed the computer but i fins that hard to believe. Because they rep was taking very long to get my order, she then asked if i would go around and let other customers ahead of me. I refused and kindly asked her to hurry billing my order instead. It was crazy and i wont be returning. In addition, when i called today no one answered the phone after being on hold for 30 min. So i started driving there and When i arrived there was no one else there.

I am a doctor myself and deal with tiny patients everyday in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The worst comment a healthcare professional can make to a patient is to tell her that “I have too many patients and too many vaccines to give at this hour to deal with your medication problem.” And this is what this pharmacist told me on the phone after I was on hold for 30 minutes to get my mother’s prescription. The insurance wasn’t paying for the medicine my mother has been taking for the last ten year for her ulcerative colitis and the pharmacist thought it is our problem to deal with the insurance and not them talking to the prescriber and the insurance company.It seems the pharmacist at this CVS pharmacy has forgotten her professional and ethical duties toward her patients. Ma’am you are working in the pharmacy to help get the medicine to your patients hands! Not to argue with them to deal with the insurance company themselves.

Beyond disappointed in their pharmacy. They opened a prescription order when the pharmacy was supposed to be closed which led me to not be able to pick up that prescription at ANY CVS locations. The staff at CVS gave me a 1800 shop CVS phone number and they were closed too and they said that was the only way to get it.

I have absolutely LOVED coming to this CVS store Seneca road off route 7! There is a super helpful and knowledgeable associate named Edwin. He helps me with all my UPS packages. Edwin also told me about the CVS Carepass which I signed up for and have saved money already buying water and treats! The CVS store here is always so clean and comfortable feeling. I believe the managers name is Carmen, and clearly she’s doing a great job! I come to this CVS a few times a week.

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced the manager of this location following them all around the store. Manager (Short Hispanic woman with Glasses) I was in the store for 45 minutes, when I first entered she asked if I needed any help and I said no..As I tried to finish shopping I noticed she was peaking around every single corner of the store I was in. I purposely walked all around the store on each side through almost every aisle and there she was pretending to be on her phone but actually was looking at me. I approached her and asked her if she was following me around the store and she gave me some weird story about inventory and truck supplies. I left my basket in the store..asked her for her store number and left. I will never shop at this location again because this was a very uncomfortable experience.

Walked into this location and was immediately greeted. I had to get bandages for a family member that just had surgery and the surgeon directed us to go specifically to CVS to get them. When I asked about the bandages, they told me what aisle (and took the time to show me where they were located) and even directed me on what type of bandages were the closest fit since they didn't have the exact bandages the surgeon recommended. The store was bright, clean and organized. Definitely recommend this location.

My son's oral surgeon called in prescriptions at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived at 10:30 the pharmacist was assisting a customer on the phone and ignoring the customers in line. After waiting in line for almost 15 minutes, I was told his pain med wasn't ready and that it would be another hour. The woman in front of me said she had received a text that her prescriptions were ready. No such luck when she arrived at the counter. She was not happy. An hour later I return and pharm tech tells me that I need an authorization form from my insurance company for the pain med. I call the doctor's office. They call the insurance company who tells them that the drug is 100% covered. I call pharmacy and pharmacist insists that I still have to pay the $17 out of pocket. At this point we're four hours out of surgery and the Advil is only doing so much. I say "fine". She says she's working on it now and it should be ready in 20 min.I sent husband to pharmacy. An hour and a half later, after waiting in a ridiculously long line,he returns with the pain med...paid for out of pocket. When people can't get their prescriptions in a timely manner, it become a safety issue. Run, don't walk to another pharmacy!
