Wonderful family owned business who takes great care of thier customers. This is the second time I have had custom work done and I could not be more pleased. Both times they listened to what I was looking to accomplish and then made outstanding suggestions on how to make my ideas a reality. When I picked up my custom pieces it was even more beautiful than I had envisioned. They also re-strung my pearls. All the work was done when promised. The team also makes you feel special when you walk in the door.

My fiancé had a wonderful experience designing my engagement ring with Mr. Adeler. And I went back for our wedding bands, all three rings came out beautifully and surpassed any expectations we had! From the moment we started talking to them to even after we got our rings, they have been so amazing, helpful, and kind. Not only are the rings they create absolutely STUNNING, but Mr. Adeler and Wendy are so welcoming and friendly! Mr. Adeler is incredibly knowledgable and will recommend the best for what you are looking for. We are so incredibly grateful and highly recommend them!!!

I have had such a wonderful journey with Adeler Jewelers, and I hope to continue it throughout my lifetime. I first met Jorge when I went on, what I thought, was just going to be a fun ring shopping adventure with my best friend. It turned into a very educational experience that I promptly shared with my fiancé because I was so impressed! My husband to be, did get my engagement ring with Adeler Jewelers because it is custom, and let me tell you, the work is absolutely impeccable! They are very upfront about the cost (which I will say can get pricey (duh, diamonds lol), BUT with that being said, you truly can't beat the quality & the work), and I really never feel pushed one way or another when I'm there. Jorge gives you the facts, but in the end the decision on what you want is very much yours.I just picked up my wedding band last week, and again, the work never fails to be breathtaking. If you want a jeweler that you can trust, one that gives you nothing but pure quality (and chocolate!), and people who treat you like family, and provides an intimate and educational experience, then this is the place. This is not like the jewelers you find at the mall, it's so so much better (and I'm not just talking about their puppies behind the counter, I LOVE THEM so much)!

This was the first jewlery store I've ever walked into, at the strong reccomendation of a coworker from Vitginia. I was looking for a custom engagement ring, made from a single diamond earing without a pair. Jorge designed a magnificent ring that my now (soon to be) wife absolutely adores. He made me, as a novice to jewlery, feel completely comfortable with the process. In the end, after coming back for our wedding bands as well, I can attest the Adler team are true experts in their craft and wonderful people.

My partner got my engagement ring from Jorge, and I absolutely love it. We decided to buy our wedding bands from Jorge as well, and meeting him was the most lovely experience. He was so sweet and very clearly knew how different pieces should come together for the best look, and helped my partner find the most gorgeous hammered band. I loved my experience here!

I worked with Mr. Adeler on a pair of custom piercings for my ears and I am very very satisfied with my purchase which he had worked with me on for 3 months to get it exactly the way I wanted it as well as the staff were kind enough to help me put in the piercings. After being married for 39 years my husband wanted to give me a new engagement ring. A friend recommended Adeler Jewelers. We made an appointment with Jorge Adeler to discuss designing a new engagement ring. Jorge's knowledge of diamonds is considerable. We had a long discussion about what I wanted my ring to look like. We talked about the quality of different diamonds, number of carats I was interested in and price points. At our second meeting he presented me with 12 different diamonds to choose from. I narrowed my choices down to 3 diamonds and we discussed what I wanted my setting to look like. At the end of this meeting I made my decision on the diamond and setting I wanted for my ring. Jorge answered all my questions and never tried to rush me to make a quick decision. I chose a beautiful diamond in a lovely setting. I am extremely happy with the beautiful ring Jorge designed for me.
