“Ricks towing was an amazing experience all around he was on time he was very helpful with getting the truck out of our yard gate even physically got out and did work he did not have to do for us which was greatly appreciated as well he even helped with getting us back home we had a vehicle that was towed to the scrap yard and he even was patient and kind enough to wait until we were paid from since scrap metal and then let us pay him out of the money from the truck which was very helpful he was also very kind and conversated with us on the ride home and up there which made us feel more comfortable riding with him to get to know a little about each other I will say this if I ever in the future need help with a tow Rick's Towing will definitely have all services of mine I have never had such a wonderful experience in my 32 years of life and I can say out of 32 years I have had at least 12 tows. I have had to deal with in my time and not one was as great experience as he had made for my fiance and I. As well the price that he had gave us was under half price of all other companies if not more than half the price which was very great lived everything about the experience that day and would gladly pay him 60 again for a tow. “My car was involved in an accident no fault of mines. Apparently, I can drive and follow simple instructions but other people cannot. My car was sent to Classic Collision on J Clyde Morris. The staff were very warming, inviting and professional. At no point did my make me feel like I was sitting at the doctor’s office on pins and needles because I’m scared of the unknown. (In which I hate going to the doctor’s office). They walked me through entire process step by step. They even took the extra time to explain the entire process to me. They handled everything with insurance company and I did not have to worry about anything. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very easy to talk at some points she made me feel like I was never involved in accident. I am so grateful that companies like this still exist. I would say I look forward to sending all of my cars to them. But, that would mean I would have to be involved in another accident. So, I will just say if you are looking for a peace of mind in a very difficult time and people to genuinely care about what you are going through. “Just bought an older used car and needed a latch for the passenger side door. I don't usually have passengers so could have not bothered. Considering a new replacement part was going to be $200. I was happy to find Pete's not only did they have the part and at a 1/3 the price. I got to go with the yard worker to retrieve it. And saw they have 8 other of my make/ model car so I know if I need other parts they're likely to have them. And again save me $$.”

He was unaware my vehicle was at 1 of his others lots and he generously gave us a ride to go get it which he didnt have to. He went out his way to help us! Very nice and friendly people!
