11/5/2025 Update:
Had a nasty exhaust/gasoline smell inside my SUV. Had to ride with the windows down.
Easily made an appointment with Bobby's to have it checked out. Upon arrival, Bobby was available and jump right on it. Two other techs came by and asked the Boss (Bobby) what he had found. For a short time, had three guys coming up with the same technical diagnosis. I'm looking forward to better service than a dealership. They put me on the schedule for ASAP, as I needed my vehicle and was breathing poisonous fumes.
Chris ordered my high quality replacement parts, had the parts in shop and on the shelf in less than 2.5 hours. Looking forward to driving a safe and happy vehicle again. It's very comfortable and reassuring to have a dependable, reliable and honest Automotive Service Center when you need them as a go to! ? ?”
“They squeezed me in at the end of their day and fixed this bend in my rim. *NOTICE* They DON'T actually sell the service to fix bent rims but I gave the go-ahead. I can personally fix ugly but I can't fix bent. I say 10/10 amazing job. While waiting I ordered new wheels because I'm sorely disappionted in these enkie's bending. I'll be returning to get my tires put on the new wheels this week. Fast, very reasonable prices, and good people.”

“I had such a great experience at Economy Tire Express today! Naas (apologies if I misspell the name) was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Even though the shop clearly had plenty going on, he made me a priority without an appointment. He replaced all four of my valve stems quickly and at a very fair price, and even gave my tires an extra check to make sure everything was safe before I left.

“Very honest mechanics. I called the shop right when my car was pulled over and overheating. They gave great advice to not try to move it and tow it straight to their shop saving me from potential further damage. They took care of the problem and found another issue as well and replaced the part, even showing me the wore out part they removed. The prices are within range of their competitors and they kept in touch calling me with every thing they came across for my approval to address. For the work I had done two days in the shop was very reasonable. They had done work to my car in the past I was pleased with as well. Many thanks!”

“After having a bad experience with the Henry Tires in Hampton off of Mercury (selling me a warped tire, and then installing it on the wrong side of the car) I ended up here not realizing they are affiliated, after I searched “used tires near me”. Shaun was willing to fix my situation, but only partially. He offered to replace the tire that was sold to me damaged, but I still needed a tire; for the tire I needed replaced in the first place. He advised that I call the store and see what they were willing to do. After I called and fussed, the receptionist in the Hampton location notified me of the policy they have for “no warranty on used tires” I requested to speak with a manager and she let me know that was Shaun. After the Hampton location pushed the problem off to him, he cleaned up their mess, correcting it all. I got my tires replaced and he did it in under 30 mins, as I was dealing with a fussy toddler. I appreciate him for making it right.”

“My right rear tire decided to get a nice leak. Luckily I was near my neighborhood Firestone, where I purchased my tires and do my regular maintenance with. Thankful to Michael, who stayed after they closed, with the heatwave his techs went home, understandable. But he stayed helped me and left my old tire at the shop to get it repaired in the AM. Unfortunately tire was unrepairable, but with their warranty It didn’t cost me an arm or a leg. I was on time to leave for a very important trip.”
