“Excellent, flexible ability to reach and depart from every pump, Also, pumps facing left and right, so no matter which side of your vehicle takes it you have options -- not that it matters because hoses also *extra * long here. Also, when there are lines, they move quickly. There is no better or safer place to buy fuel, so as long as I have to do that I'll always maintain a Costco membership. Well worth it, too because their gas prices are almost always lower than all competition.”

I have never been treated with the utmost kind and willing to assist employees of a grocery store in my life! From Larry who went out of his way to assist me in locating an item and offering to help put groceries in my car when he was getting carts from the lot. To Jaydah who is such a sweet and kind cashier ,and Kevin who helped me with my cart to my car.

“I enjoy and appreciate shopping at Harris Teeter (Newport News location). They're always helpful, professional, and kind and demonstrate excellent teamwork, which is rarely seen. They were very busy today, to say the least. They were short staffed and only had 2 registers open. I was impressed how they worked together; Nini (who is an accountant) came out of her office, and another staff member (who isn't a cashier) both opened up a register to lessen people's frustration and having to continue to wait. Kuddos to Harris Teeter! Keep up the excellent work! Thanks for caring about your customers.”

“This is my pharmacy for my meds I take daily. I refill them once a month, and I always get a text notification that they’re ready for refill (which I LOVE), and they’re always ready so fast! I use the Rite Aid app to manage my refills, and I love that even when something I need is out of stock, they get it in 2-3 days & fill it ASAP for me. The pharmacy staff is always friendly & helpful!”
“It's always a hassle to get your car repaired, and is usually frustrating to work with such a busy store, but the employees really do run a smooth & tight ship at this location. They are usually short and cordial, but it makes sense because they are slammed open to close. We've had to get our tires repaired twice, and both times they could've hustled us into buying new tires, but patched our tires for free. Most places will find any way to make money off of you, but it truly doesn't feel that way. Honestly, this perk alone makes the membership feel worth it. They've always had our car ready to go in a few hours!”

“The space is good, there is a good selection of food, clothing, electronics, and seasonal items. The only thing that needs improvement is there is not much space where the registers funnel out, the exit using scan & go and the snack bar which makes it hard to exit some times”

“The staff has always been extremely helpful. There was some issue with my off-post doctor getting the prescription to them, no fault of the pharmacy at all. Once they received the prescription it was ready the next day. You can even get a text message notification when your items are ready.”
“The staff is OVERLOADED and they do an incredible job being compassionate. Just takes a little patience for us the customer, that’s not hard considering all the work they do with them having so much on their shoulders. If I have to wait then I have to wait, I can’t imagine the stress they go through everyday and I hope it gets better for them.”

Walgreens understands the needs of patients and works quickly and diligently to fill your prescription in a fast manner and also takes any amount of time needed to answer questions or concerns. It is the best experience especially when not feeling well and do not want to spend unnecessary time waiting around.”
“When I miss my delivery and I needed my heart meds asap the pharmacist sent a Uber eats driver to bring me my meds on a Saturday when they didn’t have to there delivery days are the weekdays so yes they really do care about your health and wellbeing they have a customer in me for life everyone deserves this type of care and courtesy thank you .”

“I love going to this Kroger because everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I appreciate all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. Sometimes people fail to realize that groceries stores are a luxurie and without employees working hard to stock, inventory and order these items, we wouldn't have all the selections available!People also fail to realize that inflation is an economic issue and not an individual store issue. If goods aren't being shipped in then stores won't get the products. Or when people don't want to work it takes longer for things to get stocked!Keep up the good work and know you won't always please everyone but that goes with any job;) Also know that people really do appreciate what you all do even though it may not seem like it!”
