“I had to have a hair follicle drug test and I have locs! This team of ladies not only understood the plight of a black girls hair journey, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my experience was pleasant. They did my test on a Wed, even thought testing of this type is only on M-T. They had to cut my loc and baby, the young tech with hair like mine…REATTACHED IT FOR ME! Though that is not her job, or standard practice when that tear fell from my face JESSICA went beyond her RN role and HELPED ME! I will refer this place over many others where nothing is personal and everything is about a number and a bottom line! Quality DiagnoSTICS MADE MY DAY!”

“I made an appointment the day before, used the self check in when I arrived, and all went smoothly. I had a short wait time. The ladies working there apologized because they were having some technical issues and waiting for IT to come. The nurse who did my lab work was kind and we had a good chat and some laughs!”

“Quest Diagnostics has become my go-to for lab work. Since I'm diabetic and suffer from hypertension, clinic visits are a must. Also, blood work to make sure my levels are consistent, which are for the most part. For this visit on last Saturday, it's for my 6-month follow-up. None of the required labs need fasting, but I'm used to going on Saturday mornings where I'm free. I always do walk-in for my visits and the wait isn't that long. The last time I was here, the wait was for 10 minutes due to folks having scheduled appointments, which they take first before walk-ins. For this one, I was the only person present. After checking in with my drivers license and health insurance, I was ready to go. The person on staff had everything ready once I did my copay and the labs went smoothly. She was all masked up and gloves on the entire time she took my blood. All done within 5 minutes. And the labs were at the clinic in 2 days. Very proficient as always.”
