“4 stars because it took them a long time to download and deliver my papers. The good thing is that they received me before the appointment, I arrived at 4:30am, the guard gave me a folder with the documents and I went to door 19, at 5am they assigned me a door to unload but they told me to only park there but not to open the doors, because I had to wait for another call. They called me at 6:39 to remove the seal and open the doors. The download began but they called me back to deliver the papers at 10:00am. Very nice staff but the place is very dirty.”

“Yard dog went above and beyond. I was sent to drop and hook. After dropping there were no empties where I was told to look for them. I asked a yard dog and he suggested another place to look. While I'm on my way to look at the next spot he comes crusing up with an empty! Dude gives me a big grin and thumbs up and drops it to the side for me. Made my day. Wish I caught his name. Thank you sir!”

“I LOVE this store. So home town, rural and for a chain, full of character. Where else would you see a store worker carrying a chicken under his arm, into the store? Someone apparently tossed it out in the parking lot, and the worker planned to take it home after his shift to add to his own flock. Our store has the friendliest workers, always baby chicks or ducklings to ooh and aah over. And the funniest quirk - more than once I've gone to buy something, and they were out of whatever it was, and swore up and down they had none in the back either. Then I drove home, ordered it online and returned to the store an hour later to pick it up. And the clerks act like they don't remember me in there asking about it. I could be mad about it, but honestly, I think it's hilarious, and only adds to the charming character.”
