“When shopping for auto parts, I generally go to Advance for my needs. Howeve, this was the best experience I have had with Advance Auto. I am from out of town and was driving through Gordonsville on my way to my parents when the light for my alternator came on. Scott was able to help me diagnose that my alternator was bad and it needed to be replaced. He hooked me up with a mobile mechanic who replaced the alternator in the parking lot as well as stayed past his shift to make sure my family and I were taken care of and helped replaced the alternator. Highly recommend this Advance. Thank you again Scott.”
“I was very pleased with the service, and the turn around time, at this shop. I called a couple of weeks in advance to ensure they would have the parts (rear brake pads for a Victory) on hand when I brought the back in). I dropped the bike off mid-day on a Tuesday and had it back mid-day the next day. Pleasant experience and a great price. I will take my bike back for future service needs Keep in mind that this is a small shop and the owner not only has to answer the phones on the days he does not have help, but works on bikes, too.”
