“We love bringing our cat here! When we first adopted our kitten from LHS, he got a free wellness visit with Ridegwood. Our other two cats were already established at a completely different animal hospital in town and we thought we would end up just eventually switching from Ridgewood to the animal hospital we were already established with for the other two. However, they've been so lovely at Ridgewood, we have just stayed. We're two years in and still bring our youngest here to Ridgewood! We still go to two different vets for our animals but we do not mind. We love Ridgewood and don't plan to uproot...we may even just start bringing our other two cats here as well! hahah!”

“I can’t recommend this animal hospital enough ! Everyone here is absolutely SO beyond kind and patient. The second you walk your beloved pet in the door, they are family. I had to make that tough decision today, and the doctor, tech, and receptionists were guiding me through every single step, explaining everything, and supporting me however they could. Not that other animal hospitals don’t have a lot to offer, but most in the area are booked 3 weeks to months in advanced. Ridge wood did what they could to get me in the door, and make time for me. I’m truly grateful for my experience here. Rest Easy Sweet boy ? thank you for 17 years.”

“We have been going here for 15 years. This whole office has been so kind to my dog. I feel like they love her and always are excited to see her. The receptionists and vet techs have offered love and advice for my now elderly dog that is dealing with arthritis pain They are simply kind people that love animals. I am so happy we found them. I have never felt that they wanted to do extra tests or extra treatments just to make money. They are honest and truly care about my sweet dog. I trust them completely and that means a lot.”
“Compassionate, FOCUSED, staff! I have had several canines, with care at VCA. Dr. McConnell was absolutely wonderful with all of my senior pets, and once came over to my house, when my 19 year old friend was leaving us - she and a staff member with her, were amazing. They took him to the hospital for cremation, as I was so upset - very grateful. Now, I have a rescue, 4 years old, he is a patient. Ear issues and allergies, which Dr. McConnell is treating, with great improvement!My experience over the years, has been very positive.”
“none of the other hospitals would take me in this week and told me that there would be at least a month in advance for an appointment. I called Ridgewood animal Hospital and they booked me right away. The receptionist was super sweet as well as the workers there. there is an area for cats that is a waiting room in an area for dogs so that is pretty nice. Very spacious as well. the workers as well as the people at the front desk were super sweet. i didn't have any problems. as well as the vet was very informative and helped me right away. gave me examples for my understanding. Thank you. 10/10 would come again”
