Dr. Ryan and the crew at Riverside are amazing people! They take the time needed with each patient and have no qualms about answering questions. They provide written estimates before billing and treat every client like gold. I am very happy we switched to here a couple years ago!

We have been going to Riverside Ver for 3 years now. I haven’t had an issue with their care but have a problem with their “rules”. We have 2 dogs that needed booster shots. We made an appointment for 3:30 on a Wednesday. On Monday prior I noticed my puppy had a very red eye and was oozing. So they made a vet appointment for 4:00. On Tuesday night I noticed that our puppy had a hay seed was partially stuck in eye and was easily brushed away. By Wednesday her eye had cleared up and no longer needed to see Dr. Ryan but still needed vaccinations. I was charged $25 for cancelling my appointment! We went to the appointment, just for shots though. So I should have paid for a service I no longer needed? We are good customers and always are on time, I find this a petty fine and I’m seriously thinking of changing vets.
