It’s the DMV so you know what to expect, however one of the receptionists (Margaret maybe) was talking politics with her friend instead of doing her Government job. Wasting our tax dollars on her personal conversation instead of helping customers.

Employees are friendly, usually able to get my dmv business taken care of, however Employees are not in no hurry to help you, during busy times, not the dmv to go to..

There is NO way to call and ask a simple question here with a phone call! You MUST go there physically just to do this!! What a incovience this is for the public!!

I had to transfer a title of a vehicle that I bought. The former owner's handwriting was a little messy on the odometer reading, just one digit, and it is for the hundreds number, and it could be read... and this is for an antique vehicle, so it literally doesn't matter...Margaret debated on whether or not she could accept it... then said no, told me to get a letter from the owner with the milage. I did that. Came back, they said no, I now needed to get the back of the title filled out and signed. I left and did that. (The old owner lives 45 minutes away from my house and and even further from this DMV). Came back. First person said she wasn't sure, showed it to Margaret and she was said nope, take it to a different DMV. I live 30 miles away and have been there THREE times to get this done, did EVERYTHING they asked, and they still wouldn't help. The best part is, I have three places where the old owner signed saying it was all good, and it was clear that the DMV rep could've processed it, but chose not too. This office was not only useless to me, but I have lost several hours going from the old owner back to DMV just to receive no help at all. It is infuriating.
