I cannot say enough nice things about this jeweler. I took my engagement ring to them to have repaired and I swear it looks better today than it did the day it was given to me. I highly highly recommend them for any jewelry repair that you might need. And the stock in their shop is absolutely awesome. If you’re looking for a good jewelry store, you need to make the trip to Gloucester!

This place SUCKS!
I went in and asked to chat with the jeweler about quite a few repairs and custom work. As a jeweler myself, I work only with silver and don't think I'm ready to take the big step to gold.
The girl in the front immediately told me that he doesn't talk to customers. Rude!
I understand that he wasn't there at the time, so I left my name and number, told her that I'd like to talk to him about some repairs and some custom work.
I was never contacted. I wonder why they bother spending so much money on advertising, billboards, etc, when they then treat customers so shabbily?
I'll take my jewelry, money and time to any other place but here in the future. And recommend that you do the same.
Unless that is, you'd like to be treated by rude jerks as if they're too good to talk to you.

I needed the battery in my watch replaced and they were fast and friendly. Really nice showroom with some nice sparkles. The ladies upfront were knowledgeable and welcoming.

Exceptional customer service. I visited for the removal of links from several watches. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable. The staff was friendly and provided excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this business.

Vashti’s Jewelers was wonderful to work with! I had a custom ring designed for an antique diamond that I inherited. The process was smooth and seamless, everyone was so nice and helpful. The new design is absolutely beautiful, I couldn’t be happier!! I will treasure it for years to come.

if you are looking to design a piece of jewelry, buy a piece of jewelry or a special gift, or you’re not sure what to do with the pieces that you have, this is the store for you. My experience with Nicole and the rest of the staff has been absolutely wonderful. Nicole designed a piece of jewelry for me to enjoy from a few pieces that were part of mother, grandmother, etc.. that were given to me, and had not been worn in many many many years, and I am so very glad that I walked into the store and saw Nicole because the product that she designed is absolutely perfect. I look forward to enjoying it for many years. Cannot say enough good things about this store.
