My sister and I went in on her birthday in hopes of buying her a new ring and some new chains for some pendants. We were in the store for 30 minutes without being acknowledged. When I went up to ask about chain lengths they had in the case we were made to feel like a bother. Ended up not purchasing a few rings in the cases because of how rude the service was. Clearly we were not welcome in the store.
