The store scheduled it and confirmed the delivery with a email. Delivery day rolls around and after waiting all day I call the 800 number. After finally getting to a person my order is checked. Oh, it’s not in stock and has not come in from the manufacturer. Whoa! It was right there in the store when we bought it! Then she tells me that the delivery had been cancelled. That’s nice to know. I asked when I was going to be told about the cancellation? She said she had just told me. She then went on to say that my delivery was now scheduled tentatively for ten days from now. I asked if she could clear that through my boss so I can be there when it comes. “So sorry darling. That’s your problem “. Never again!! Quick to take your money but too busy to call and let you know they are having a problem. Hello Lowes… I’m your new customer.”

“Beautiful plants with a wonderful sale price! I was running in to pick up something a friend needed an had already paid for waiting upfront for pick up. Of course with the Beautiful flowers I was quickly side tracked. Lol great customer service too”
