Linda Collier was super helpful. I just walked in and needed some assistance with paperwork. She basically just offered to help me with it for no charge at all. This makes me think they are very nice people and would probably be a pleasure to do business with.

Don’t walk, RUN! Wendy Hogge tried to sell me a house which the inspection proved to have 2 illegal additions for which permits were never granted to build, mold throughout and countless other safety hazards that were revealed at the point of inspection. The worst part about it was that she “misplaced” my $2,000 earnest money cashiers check and tried to blame it on the title company. She provided false documentation (a post office recipet dated before I even presented her the earnest money) that was supposed to prove she mailed the funds to the title company. Wendy was extremely flippant and dismissive about locating my funds, I suppose bc she knew she was no longer making a sale after the inspection. She has tried to sell this house a few times before and the deals always fell through. In case you are looking at the same property it is 9038 Chriscoe Lane in Gloucester.
