“The entire staff and management are friendly, informed and accessible. The trainers, including cardio Re-Hab staff, are the best. They make exercise fun as well as beneficial. My wife and I utilize numerous classes this facility provides, in addition to the numerous excecise machines. If it wasn't for this facility and it's staff, I'm not sure my wife and I would be feeling as healthy and spry as our current years would allow. Keep up the great work!”

“Clean facilities with plenty for any routine. No pool for laps or a track that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that this place is nice. The staff were pleasant as well. I had no issues with the gym opening or closing on time.”

Ryan has gone above and beyond to not only build a relationship with me as a customer, but also ask questions and give me some very good recommendations. I would highly recommend talking with him as he is very knowledgeable on most anything you ask. Would definitely recommend this location because of him.”
