“The basketball courts really fun to play in.If you create an account on the treadmills, you can play with different exercises they have available for you. Some categories include intervals, aerobic, lose weight, etc. You can set the duration too. They also adjust your incline and speed based on your heart race and general pace. Those treadmills are so advanced and really fun to exercise on. You can adjust the speed and incline at any time.They also have machines to build strength in your legs and arms!The staff is also friendly and very calm.All in all, a peaceful place to go, and do what you need to do for your body. :)”
“The Salvation Army Gloucester Service center is a driving force of good in the community. They help countless individuals and families in both Gloucester and Mathews Counties. They are NOT A THRIFT STORE! Not sure what the other reviews are about, but, this particular Salvation Army strictly helps people with emergency assistance.”
