Mike took the time to really talk with us and listen to US. In the past, mortgage lenders have only spoken to my husband and didnt really interact with me or brushed me off. With Mike I felt just as valued and a 50/50 partner in the process. He always answered the phone, always answered questions, and tried to actually educate us on what was happening and not give a quick reply to get off the phone. Amazing experience!

If I could give more than 5 stars to anyone, Mrs. Meghan Taylor would be it.We worked directly with Mrs. Taylor throughout our house buying process, and I can tell you without a doubt, she's the best in the business. We spent months looking and touring dozens of houses, changed our price range several times, added and subtracted down payments, asked questions (so, so many questions), sent emails and made phone calls constantly - some even on the weekends, and Mrs. Taylor was right alongside us every step of the way. She never made us feel like an inconvenience, especially when questions would arise over the weekend! She was always warm and ready to help in any way she could. She's extremely knowledgeable in her field and was able to explain things in a way that non-real-estate people would understand which made us feel very comfortable throughout the process (for example, we were a little confused on one of steps of the process even after she explained it so she constructed a chart to help us visualize it - she did not have to do that but because she made it a priority, we fully understood the information and we were able to make an educated decision instead of guessing and hoping for the best).We truly enjoyed working with Mrs. Taylor and highly, highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home!
