Have been a customer for awhile. Should leave, because they are now hard to deal with. Please, Please Please get rid of the off shore CS. It is so terrible. Please let me talk to a local person.

Only a 3 because of some of your recent changes. I was able to call and talk to a pleasant local person right away. Not a computer. And not in another country. I was never charged rent for my tank until recently, which has required no maintenance.
