If no stars was an option that’s what I’d leave their manager lacks customer service skills I went to get a washer and dryer on a Friday was told it was to be delivered on Monday I called Monday around 1pm to confirm since I hadn’t heard anything manager told me it was scheduled but wouldn’t be delivered until a card on file which I wasn’t told at the time so I questioned as to why but was in willing to provide to have washer and dryer delivered I was told that the associate had stated this which she had not she stated please bypass the EZpay as it will mess up your application and you can set that up at anytime never did she tell me the products wouldn’t be delivered if I didn’t put my card on file and never did she state that you HAD! To have EZ pay (auto payments) the manger ask me to hold leaves me on hold for about 5 mins comes back and tells me she confirmed with her associate she stated all of this, again still ok with giving the card info but I stated no she didn’t but ok manager told me if I was going to be rude she was going to cancel my order, I said I’m not being rude you don’t have to do that then she stated I was yelling at her and she was canceling my order again I stated I’m not yelling at your I am talking to you on my Bluetooth may seem that way she then raised her voice told me I was yelling at her and my order has been canceled,I’d like to know why did no one call to tell me my stuff wouldnt be be delivered without a card on file if this was an actual policy?Why did no one call to confirm delivery date and time and I had to call them

They never showed up on time delivery my merchandise and when I called the store I couldn't get no one to answer the phone. And my agreement in the beginning was the washer and dryer and a mattress. Now its just the washer and dryer for four payments then I can get the mattress. Not i can't wait that long rent a center here i come.

The absolute worse when it comes to filing a warranty claim no one knows anything when you call about the status of the warranty. The manager Demarco ALWAYS has a nasty attitude. And I’m sick of it I have made sure that I am no longer affiliated with there business in the least. When they leave Gloucester for good we may get a lease to own company worth the time like Conns. Oh h and if you want to buy a mattress go across the street or down the sidewalk. Cuz if anything happened to it you’ll be stuck buying another one

Needed an appliance box to clean out my truck. Staff was friendly and helpful, in letting me have a box from a washing machine they just delivered. Due to their helpfulness, I would shop there if the need arose.

Customer service is lacking in all areas ... assistant manager seemed lost as the other employee walking around behind the counter trying to facetime while customers are trying to get assistance. Handicap gentlemen was treated horrible. Watching all this then waiting for an hour for them to get us done we decided to walk out and leave the item. Listened to the employee tell the handicap man to go buy it from Walmart if he did not like their prices... just horrible .... then need to get some better customer oriented employees and manager in the gloucester store and clean that store it looks horrible compared to 3 years ago

This branch use to be an awesome branch however they got a new crew in there that is awful. The manager of the store (Ashley) will lie to you and her associate (Ron) hung up the phone on me. They pull whatever amount of money off your card whenever they want. When asked about the money that is being pulled out, the manager lied and stated they don’t control what comes out Ati does. When I contacted corporate, they stated the store controls what money is withdrawn from my account. Well Ms Ashley I so glad you lied to your customer but that’s fraud!! I will not stop until they have lost their job and my money is returned. You definitely messed with the wrong person. Do not shop here. Very poor management.

Be careful they will try to bill you for a whole month for merchandise you do not have and then say oh that's how it works no it's not it's on backorder wth they are now still charging us for a full month even

I have rented an LG washer dryer I had it for 1 month it didn't work they picked it up brand new only used 2 times came back 3 months later looks like it was beat with baseball bat scratches all over it not happy at all we have asked they either replace or knock off payments we keep getting the run around. Call back tomorrow the manager is not there. We go to store in person still the same response . The payments are supposed to come out of the bank at a certain time . Not a happy customer I have been with Aarons in chesterfield for years and moved here Never have I been treated like this all I want them to do is make it right
