Awful customer service. Middle aged woman with glasses working the closing shift needs training on how to talk to people & be more empathetic in general.

Just like any other 7-11 they are courteous to all customers. Very clean and careful to clean every day.

I have always felt safe going to this 711, but today I didn't. They are protecting their employees with the partitions but not the customers, by having people wear a mask. I have never seen so many people without one since this out break, no wonder we have gone up so high.
