They let you in at 8:30, but they aren't ready to work at that time. They need to get themselves ready before they will help anyone. Expect to wait until 8:45 before anyone is actual ready to work with customers.

Mail person sent my medicine back to express scripts saying that a forwarding order had expired. Been at the same address for two years so I didn’t have a forwarding order. I’m guessing it was for previous tenants but he didn’t look at the name. So I have no medicine, it is on its way back to the pharmacy. I’ve been without my meds and been sick. I’ve been told to call my doctor which I have but I guess the mail person doesn’t read names. Incompetent people shouldn’t be delivering mail if they can’t read and make sure names on a form match to the person that lives at an address. Makes wonder what other mail, I am missing.

Update....same route today at 5:45 Speedy Gonzales mail carrier came speeding down Allison Ln again. I really wish we could post videos on here.Watched her make someone walk out of their home to pick up a package from the mail carrier because it was far to big to go in her mailbox. Honestly I believe she would have left it next to the mailbox.There is a mail carrier who was driving down on Allison Ln Monday August 28th at 6:30pm who was going so fast we yelled " Slow Down". As we continued to watch her hit the potholes so fast and so hard that she splashed all of the water out of the pothole. We called the the post office to report but the phones just ring and disconnects.We have video .We plan to have a news channel come out and address the situation since we can not get in touch with a live person at the post office. Im hoping they ask the neighborood for ringcam footage.All the person has to do is SLOW DOWN.

I wish I asked for the employee's name behind the counter. I'm grateful she checked my click-n-ship label before accepting the package. I had the wrong packaging selected and I'm not sure my package would be delivered on time. Thanks for paying attention to detail. Very much appreciated.

Spent all this money to have my package sent overnight. Was not there the next day and then I come back and they give me a money order.Then I take it to my bank and they say they cannot take it because they did not fill it out. All the lady told me is that I was supposed to fill it out. How about just giving me my cash back for the money order since clearly no one knows whats going on.Never coming here again.The lady was rude on top of it.

Terrible. Just terrible. I know a lot about mail and customer service and this place is far from the mark. The mail person stopped delivering my mail because of the tiny little dent by our mailbox. They claimed it was hazardous, but the kicker is that the mail person created this “ditch” by parking too close to our mailbox.So after not receiving mail for awhile, we go to see why and they gave us the above explanation. Upon fixing the “ditch”, the post office then decides to post a big old sign declaring that the property is vacant and not to leave mail there. BAD. VERY BAD. I am tired of Big Mail tampering with our deliveries. PLEASE INVESTIGATE.

Packages on multiple dates said that they were out for delivery yet following days were suddenly sent back to previous facilities....no reason it should not have been delivered if it said it was out for delivery

Our new mail delivery lady is awesome. She drives on the road instead of creating more ruts in the grass. She brings packages up to the door instead of leaving them in the rain. I really appreciate your hard work "my new mail lady!" Thank you!
