Even more so if you value a business, that values employees, who care about the customers' happiness with their purchase."*Fyi I'm updating couple months later, I also have been going to medical dispensary and have been more impressed with results and knowledge from Gloucester Point Vault. I just st talked with Trey, who initially introduced me to a cart that really helps me. I have chronic illness so I'm really looking for relief beyond average feeling, I need mood and pain and Trey has helped hit the nail on the head. I've been disappointed with the VA dispensaries (I'm Jersey born bred, sorry not sorry ?) and on my ride back from long fail to Williamsburg, I stopped at Gloucester Vault and Trey was there today, and he remembered why I had been going there (and stupidly and expensively stopped to try elsewhere); he immediately pointed out they just got it back in, if I was interested--literally read my mind. I'm sorry for two separate reviews, wouldn't let me add another on here. Point blank, Gloucester Point Vault is very much worth the trip there to check out. Even more so if you value a business, that values employees, who care about the customers' happiness with their purchase."I recently started vaping (about when I moved to the area in April) because before, in New Jersey, I could go to any store and purchase over the counter, which is not the same in Virginia. I was skeptical that I would be able to find a shop that would have products that could compare to the " " "real thing" back home.Subsequently, I found the vault online and chose to check it out because of the multiple locations. I figured if the business is popular enough to have THAT many stores, then they would be the most likely to have in stock or suggest something I'd like. I've been very pleasantly surprised at the products they have, but also of their staff because they're so knowledgeable and they are also so incredibly friendly and helpful. They never once made me feel that I was stupid or ignorant or just oblivious because I didn't know or understand what I was purchasing at first.Fast forward to now, I'm amazed at how much I've picked up from the various conversations I have with whoever at the store that day. Also I'm there at least once a week religiously--I went earlier today and LiAngelo was working... Even now, I still learned something new from a product/brand I swear by and buy every week. Every time I've been there, ESPECIALLY when LiAngelo is there, I always walk away feeling more, (idk if right word) informed (?) or get another little fun fact or I know about a new product or just puts up with all my questions.Well now that you're all bored of reading this novel of a review, I just want to say that I really do appreciate The Vault and the people there because of the time they do genuinely take. I recommend taking the time to go to The Vault, whether you're interested in just checking things out or want help finding your jam or even if you're unsure about trying it at all. I know I was surprised at, not only the variety of what they offered, but at the multitude of items or products I wasn't even aware existed.In short, The Vault is highly recommended in my book. Wonderful help from Hope! She is always nice and willing to chat with me about any product questions I do prefer this store to others around the area I will be coming back for awhile as it is the only shop that sells incense on this side of the bridge!!!
