Hires bookkeepers with no degree and doesn't offer training, reviews nor pay raises putting clients at risk. Ran RPM Coastal VA into the ground causing them to go out of business and force to sell. Not recommended as a trustworthy person or business.

Have them do my accounting they didn’t do that right had them do my payroll and that was not even do that right because they didn’t have any information that was supposed to be in the system right I was having to pay them via cash app and through their own bank account myself Then wanted to charge me over $2000 for what I don’t even know when I’m only was with them maybe not even a month was not happy when that amount came up as far as a phone call I didn’t get a phone call I got an email and as far as the people inside the office they were great don’t get me wrong I have nothing bad to say about them they were wonderful but for me not to get a phone call or even told to me personally what I am supposed to go was not professional at all Mor counseling will not get any more of my business I went with KDW books and she fixed everything within a matter of mins and also she’s paying my payroll not me paying my payroll. Kelly was very adamant about why they were charging me so much for small business thank God for honest people.

After having a horrible experience with another accountant I was hesitant to hire another, but Nany did a fabulous job of explaining what she and her team could do for my company and answered all of my crazy questions. She made me very comfortable in my choose to hire her and she and her staff have been amazing and provided me with not just tax services but also payroll and book keeping services. They have been wonderful and on task for over a year now and I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend them!
