I visited this Hair Cuttery in Hayes VA for the 1st time because I finally located my hairdresser Jennifer from several years ago. I haven't been to a Hair Cuttery in many years and was impressed with the scheduling, quick check in and check out process as well as the cleanliness of the shop. I will definately be returning!

My hair cut was amazing! I'm very disappointed with the manager terry. The way she talked to me and the other stylist is absolutely mind blowing. She is so rude and inconsiderate. If it wasn't for my normal stylist I would never go back. First time I have ever been talk to like that in a while. Please terry , if you ever talk to me like that again , we are going to have words. Very snooty and controlling.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. I had issues at a different establishment the last time I had my hair cut so I had alot of anxiety going to see someone new for the first time. Jennifer not only made recommendations on the style I wanted but also made me feel super at ease. She was very friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I have definitely found my new stylist and will be booking any hair care needs I have with her.

She talked more than she cur hair... I felt like her therapist more than her client. How do you get charged for a shape up and a signature cut? Isn't a "Shape up" standard with a haircut? Bread was absolutely kaddywompise she said she only had one guard for the bread trimmer and she seemed to eyeball it in the mirror never oncer looking directly at my face looking evenness and trim angles that most drunk men can handle with a prison shank using the back side of a spoon for a mirror... However if you want to spark a conversation over useless knowledge for 45-60 minutes feel free to request her for a $50 hair scam
