Extremely under staffed and unprofessional! Wasted my time and prevented me from being able to go elsewhere. I called at 4 pm and asked what time they closed and if I needed an appointment I was to come in shortly after 5 o’clock. The lady who answered the phone said they closed at 7 o’clock and no appointment required and that I may have to wait a few minutes if they were busy but I didn’t need an appointment.
I arrived an hour and fifty minutes before closing. Two ladies working and each had a customer when I arrived. After waiting over an hour and a half I was asked if I could come back tomorrow.
Upon arrival I was told to pick a color and have a seat. After waiting for over an hour and an half, the two ladies started talking to each other, in a foreign language and it was obvious they were talking about me. ((((Side note: I personally feel it is rude for anyone to hold an open conversation in a foreign language just to prevent others from knowing what is being said, very obvious when they know how to speak English but choose to use an alternative language off and on in front of others. Many times it appears that they are saying something about you or another customer in the store by their facial expressions and the way they look at at others. I have been made to feel uncomfortable about this at this salon in the past. But, I can honestly say that this happens at many nail salons and I wish everyone that does this would be more respectful of their customers and acknowledge that it makes some people uncomfortable.))))
The employee said to me that the “she” aka the owner, wanted to know if I could come back tomorrow to get my nails done? I told her that I couldn’t because I was leaving to go on vacation in the morning. I looked at my watch it wasn’t after hours but they must of realized that if they started my service it would not be done till after 7 PM.
I said NO! I will not be back tomorrow and if you had told me this I could have gone elsewhere.
Owner seemed too preoccupied talking on her cell phone to focus on her customer and get that persons service done in a timely manner.
Writing this review so that others know what my experience was and hope to prevent anyone else from having their time wasted like I did.

I cannot speak highly enough of this business and their nail techs! My daughter and I went in yesterday, and I was so pleasantly surprised at their kindness and reasonable pricing.
I've had a lot of bad experiences at nail salons, but I left Beauty Nail Salon so impressed, that I will never go anywhere else. My daughter got gel and I got dip. We chatted with the nail techs the whole time and enjoyed such fun conversations, felt like chatting with a friend! I'm a customer for life now. Highly highly highly recommend!

My daughter went to get her nails done for graduation. She waited 20 minutes to be seen which is good, however the nail tech was on the phone the entire time. She even showed her picture of what she wanted. They were to be coffin shaped and she did square and made them so thick. The design was not like the picture and she didn't once get off the phone and she couldn't ask her questions or tell the tech she didn't like what she was doing. Get off the phone and pay attention to the client. 80 dollars wasted now she has to go and get them redone somewhere else.

Horrible, got my dip done, in white, nails are turning yellow because they put the gel topcoat and set my hands under the light. They are already chipping. Don't waste your money.

Love love love my nails!!!! It was the first time I got tap gel hybrid nails! And they are everything I've ever wanted and more!!! I have a deformed thumbnail due to trauma when I was a child, and she made it look so natural, And beautiful!!! I highly recommend the salon!

Avoid this shop! I went in for a dip on Monday during my lunch break and that evening it started to chip. Four days later, all nails are now chipped. Poor quality, expensive price of $55 for dip only.The nail tech who did my nails was the 1st station to the right when you walk on the door....Service: Manicure

It's a hit and miss at this salon.I pay 45 dollars and my Polly hybrid gel peeled off That should NEVER happen. YOU CAN BUY A WHOLE KIT FOR $25 ON AMAZON THAT WILL DO YOUR NAILS APPROXIMATELY 12 OR MORE TIMES. THAT'S HOW I'M GOING FOR NOW ON.
