“Went in to get chicks, the girl up front called in for help from the back. Whoever was in the back never showed up and we waited about half a hour however Rich came up and asked us if we needed help and we told him we had been waiting for about half a hour and he immediately got us our chicks and even let us pick out which ones which made my daughter so happy. Great customer service from him”
