On June 12, 2024 I received a gift box of various deluxe and plain nuts. I have NEVER tried this company before and after the POOR customer service I received from THOMASINA the self identified "Customer Service Supervisor", I will never buy anything from this company.
My money goes elsewhere.
THOMASINA (2:51pm EST) was on the phone with me after I received the box and called to ask some valid questions express a few concerns with the plain salted tin of peanuts with a burgundy plastic top cover.
I was REPEATEDLY interrupted by the customer service representative (Thomasina) and she had an ARROGANT attitude towards my legitimate questions and concerns. She kept cutting me--the customer off in mid sentence and offering her "advice".. She told me this product came in the box and to accept it as is.
This woman (THOMASINA) was a poor excuse for a customer service "supervisor" as she claims to be.
I give This company Whitley's Peanut Factory the LOWEST public customer service rating possible due to the challenges of dealing with this customer service phone representative.
Thank goodness I have NEVER done business with them before. And I will not now or in the future. POOR customer service is what Whitley's is all about when a customer needs extra support. Shame on them.

I love Whitleys, I normally order online, but when I have a chance to go in person, I take it. Very nice store and wonderful staff!

I got Whitley's as an Christmas gift, I was in the area for the weekend and I had to stop by. I love the way the store laid out, the gentleman that was work the morning of 1/22/23 was very helpful and welcoming. I can't wait to buy more!!!!!!!

This place is great! It has an amazing peanut themed store with all sorts of cool peanut themed gifts aside from the wide variety of peanut options themselves. Literally everything here is delicious!! Prices are obviously higher than a grocery store but it's so worth it, the quality difference is extremely obvious. And TAMMY! She's so friendly!! Definitely check this place out, you won't regret it!

Very clean store, way overpriced. I know that the farmers get about 25cents a pound for their product. Think about that the next time you buy these items.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. The products are delicious with many choices and Jonathan the store manager was the most polite and welcoming store employee I have ever met! I had to literally talk myself out of buying one of everything! Will definitely stop by again on our way south.
