Yesterday was my second visit to Wash Your Way. My SUV has never looked so good! Marcus was my detailer and he did an amazing job! Before he started he asked me if there was anything I wanted him to focus on most. Then, he took his time and thoroughly detailed all parts, inside and out, of my car. Marcus was very focused and made me feel like I got my money’s worth!All services they offer are reasonably priced and their work vibe seems upbeat and positive. Check them out and ask for Marcus!

The best full service car wash experience I have ever had. Traveling from out of town but treated me like a local. Will tell everyone I know in Richmond about this place. Awesome job!

Finally a car wash that actually cleans your car and doesn't cost too much. I've been going since it opened and I'm always pleased. Don't expect a $150 detail for $25 bucks though. Be sure to tip well, those kids are working their butts off and deserve it.

I usually prefer the touchless washes but Wash Your Way has cleaned my vehicles multiple times to darn near perfection and they are very decent when it comes to pricing. Best car wash I’ve ever been to, the employees are very nice and thorough

Damage to car. Head to Flagstop car wash for actual reliable customer service! Disappointed in customer service response from one of the managers on site. This car wash took paint off of my front mud flaps of my car. Managers response “This has never happened in my car wash and there’s no way to prove it.” Not the case by the reviews. Mentioned there’s no way to prove it as their cameras are grainy and that he could put tape over it which is strange seeing as though tape takes paint off too. Will be staying with my normal Flagstop car wash who guarantees no scratch and has great camera technology and customer service all around.

I just went here for the first time and will never go anywhere else for a local car wash. I had all kinds of crud stuck to my car from parking under a tree daily. My husband took it through an automatic car wash and it made no difference, still filthy. I took my car to Wash Your Way and they hand spray and scrub your car before it goes into the car wash. This made a HUGE difference. I also opted for the hand towel dry which also helped to remove everything. The employee to helped with my car showed great attention to detail. The car looks fantastic now and the price is not significantly different from just a standard automated one.

There’s no reason why I’m getting the $25 supreme wash and I still have to go and clean after you guys. My cup holder should not look like this. I thought it would be common sense to clean this smh please do better this is so disappointing.

25 for a wash and hand mini detail yes please! This place is an incredible value. Please tip your detailer. The mini detail lasted almost 15 mins and was just the level of attention my car needed. In the pic you will see the attendant cleaning every crevice of my wheel!

These guys were awesome!! They were so thorough with my car, and went above and beyond to make it sparkling clean. I have dogs in my car regularly so the window nose prints and hair stuck in the seats was pretty bad. But they managed to get a solid majority of it cleaned up! I’m very impressed and will be back again.Services: Auto detailing

My first experience here was outstanding (definitely 5 stars). Today, however, the work performed was quite poor. The car wash did not take time with the car and left a lot for me to clean up afterward.

RVA is a great place to get a car wash. I go once a week. The young people do a great job with wipe down and cleaning my car! They know I love my tires cleaned and shiny black. Also, they are so polite and ask if I want anything special done!! Please come prepared to tip the young people who serve you! If two clean your car they split the tips. They work hard to please us and they depend on your tips and they work hard in all temperatures. Bless their hearts and thank you.Services: Auto detailing
