Pharmacy is terrible. They don't call when your stuff is ready like they are supposed to and the prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time. My husband had a prescription refill and the automated system told him it would be ready on Monday but by Wednesday they still did not have it. When he called, they told him they were waiting to hear back from his doctor. He called his doctor this morning and they did not get ANYTHING from the pharmacy. He got his doctor to switch his prescription to CVS in target and it was ready in 2 hours. Also, whenever you go in person, the staff is rude and act like them not having the prescriptions ready on time is your fault. I will never use Walgreens again. CVS for life.

I came here for a passport photo for my child and was told they are unable to to photos for children as it is "a liability" and they have "had issues". I went to CVS and they did it right away.

Rude. So rude and disrespectful. I went to charge my card and I could tell customer service wasn’t great. Went to the register, and no one was there. The woman saw me but still didn’t come to the register until she asked which took while, then was assisted as if I was the problem. I was still courteous and said thank you and have a great day, after her charging my card. However she did not respond which confirmed to me that I wasn’t making up in my mind her rudeness.

If you like, sitting at the drive-in window for 15 minutes hoping somebody’s gonna notice you and wait on you then go here. I’m moving my prescriptions to Publix. They don’t treat me like that.

Never use the pharmacy very rude. They lied about my medicine being ready, they said it wasn’t when it was. when the young gentleman there was trying to check me out because it was ready and had handed me it, some mean older white lady there told him not to give me it yet and to make me wait but The manager there was very nice and I hope whoever that lady was stops working there !!!!!

I would like to commend Erick. Had some pictures printed, needed assistance. Erick was very professional and patient. His customer service was outstanding. I even observed his interactions with the other employees was very professional as well. More people are needed like this.

Just went to pickup prescriptions for my husband.who just had knee surgery. Went as soon as they called (7pm) ON A FRIDAY NIGHT and the pharmacy was CLOSED! They literally shut the counter while I was there then nobody would assist. Cashier said they didn't have a pharmacist, but they aren't who rings you out so we should have been able to pickup at least!! I have had soooo many issues with these people, I think this is my last prescription I will take to them.
