Let me start by saying the room is great and the girl at the desk was lovely. But I have some gripes about the check in process and wayfinding. I drove on to the vast property, it was dark out so it was hard to see, there is hardly any lighting and no signage. I see a building that says Registration and one that says guest suites. There is no check in in the guest suites building so I look at my confirmation email and I need to download the app (not a problem) and create a log in. Ok. There is no digital key in the app under my confirmation. I find a phone number and the girl at the desk tells me there should be an option to download the digital key. There’s not. So she tells me to come into the Jefferson Registration building, I would recommend adding a big sign that says CHECK IN HERE. I’ve never REGISTERED upon arriving at a hotel. She is able to help me get a physical key. I drive around to the guest suite building and find the elevator and it wants to know if I’m on third floor F or third floor R. Hell if I know. Anyways, if I had been traveling all day and just wanting to get into my hotel room I would have been really upset. I think some proper lighting and signage would really come in handy because everything else is lovely!
Safety: It’s really dark and people were walking around and I couldn’t see them

Love it!! One of the coolest places I've stayed in a long time! Came on a business trip and didn't choose it, but thoroughly enjoyed it! It's historically pleasing, it's not the newest, but the coolest by far! Breakfast was awesome, service was amazing, but the underground tunnels were the best! Hope to stay here if I'm in the area again!

Very spacious rooms and very comfortable bed and bedding. The room was quiet, the food was very good with great variety. Easy to get around as well. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Being very loyal to Hilton, my wife and I were excited to spend a week night here. We have never been to an exclusive "Tapestry" style of Hotel Hilton had to offer.
I was very impressed with the overall presentation and ambiance. The tunnels were awesome and walkways were beautiful.
The rooms were amazing and there are many great views, sights and entertainment.
My only dissatisfaction came with Breakfast at the Glenn. They charge $17 for an "all you can eat" breakfast. There was a breakfast section and a fruit section. In the warm food "breakfast" section there were around 10 serving dishes you could open and get a select verity of breakfast food from. Well the issue was 70% of the dishes had no breakfast options. The only verity of food was: eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast. Basically paid $20 for a scoop of mushy eggs and 4 links of sausage....
Most hotels have a provided breakfast that is far more vast and diverse. The Hilton in Ashburn actually makes you omelets, have far more food options, and it's all free!
I was just very let down with the breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, but I will not opt to join them for breakfast or dinner.
Rooms: Rooms were amazing.

Wonderful hotel! We stayed in multiple rooms, 2 toddlers, 2 dogs and had an amazing time. Everything was clean, staff goes above and beyond to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Food was delicious! The grounds are stunning! Thank you for your hospitality!

The location is beautiful. There's three separate buildings. One (or two) are rooms, and the third is an event space/bar and restaurant.
While beautiful, the rooms are dated and lack strong air conditioning. They feel slightly cramped. They are clean, though, mostly. I had a roach in my room. Other than that, water pressure is good, and it's quiet. I probably wouldn't stay again, solely on the AC not working well. While it wasn't hot in the room, it was stuffy.
Nearby activities: Nothing nearby, except what's on site.
Safety: It was very safe to walk around.

An absolutely stunning hotel! I was here for a work trip but if ever in the area again, I would definitely consider staying here again. The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff was friendly, and there is so much to do in the surrounding area!

Great place for our family reunion. Plenty of space and staffing to accommodate us.
Safety: Far enough away from other businesses to make you feel safe through isolation.
Walkability: Plenty of space for those that like to walk

Staff is VERY friendly. Rooms and facilities are showing age. Mildew on the caulking in the bathroom, stained towels (one looked like rust and the other a black tar substance), Stained sheets, peeling/bubbling wallpaper, peeling paint, elevator out of service…
Maybe time for a remodel?

Location is great. Breakfast was very good. Rooms depend on your expectations. For a Hampton inn would be a good one, for a hilton tapestry brand is not in a good shape. Stains on the ceiling. Plastic cup for your coffee. Feels more like a good Hampton inn.
