If you need help with your stuff then you need to come here and see Shawn. I went to 3 different Verizon stores (they weren’t bad for the record) and this dude got my phone fixed and working in mere minutes.
Shawn is not one to be phased in the heat of battle. This dude wears a quarter zip in 92 degree weather and doesn’t break a sweat, this guy doesn’t miss. This guy gives his father “the talk”, when he drives a car off the lot it goes up in value, this guys feet doesn’t get blisters, his shoes do. So take your phone issues to him and they won’t be issues no more!

The worst customer service with absolutely no loyalty programs. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I plan to switch to AT&T. They changed my service plan without my consent.

Shawn was incredible! My phone was not working properly and I knew I needed a new one before I left on my vacation. He was patient and so helpful through the entire process! He had me out of the store and on my way with my updated phone which had all my trip info on it within an hour! Great job!
