Can’t very well give anything except the lowest rating considering they were CLOSED during BUSINESS HOURS without any indication of why. It’s the summer months, maybe they lost power? Nope because all of the other businesses were running just fine.
Not a huge deal, I hit the local T-Mobile and will be switching first thing tomorrow.

With all of the running around my husband and I endured today, Angel at this location was the absolute best!!! She fixed a problem THAT WASN’T EVEN A PROBLEM! She deserves a raise, promotion, ANYTHING REWARDING! :)

I had the worst customer service experience at this place! The guy sitting at the front desk never had any intention of helping me with what I wanted. I went twice, once to request information for an account transfer and the second time to do it and acquire two new cell phones. He never had any intention of helping, did everything possible to get me out of the way, and refused to assist me. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO LOOK ME IN THE EYE WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM, and his attitude was always as if I were a nuisance to him! He told me he couldn't do anything and only gave me a number to call, providing incorrect information. I went to another Verizon the same day, and they helped me very kindly with my request and EVEN offered me very good deals. I was about to leave Verizon and switch providers because of the way the first guy treated me. His attitude was always annoyed. It's very regrettable to have to go to another location simply because he isn't willing to serve the public! At the Verizon at 7720 W Broad St, Richmond, they resolved everything and told me it was a very simple process.

Just wanted to say that my wife and myself were impressed with Justus. He delivered excellent customer service and solved an issue we had on our phone order with Verizon. I would highly recommend Justus.

Very bad customer service. The guy in the store got a very bad attitude. He is not aware of anything at all and asks us to call the customer service if any information needed.

Yasmeen has made my experience with Verizon extremely pleasurable by addressing my phone issue and makeing the issue go away. Her work was professional and to the point. She needs a raise or promotion.

PLEASE ASK FOR YASMEEN!!!Earlier this month I visited my local Verizon store to view the latest smartwatches (my Samsung sport died after 3 years). During the visit I met Yasmeen who totally blew me away. She showed me every option and discussed the benefits of each model with ease. Additionally, she reminded me of my insurance options which let me know she wasn't "in it for a quick buck". I've worked in customer service for over 20 years so I have my own set of expectations when dealing with a merchant. Based on my experience with Yasmeen, I decided to purchase a new watch along with a few other items. Yasmeen was honest, refreshing and reminiscent of the good ole' days of Customer Service. Because of this I will remain a loyal Verizon customer. Thank you Yasmeen, I hope this review finds its way to your supervisor(s). Supervisor(s), please make sure you do something to honor your star player!!!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at this location. Justus was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He really helped me figure out the settings with my new phone. I never leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to recommend all of the employees here. I work in customer service and I really appreciate the time that was taken with me!

My experience in this location is one of the best I’ve ever had. The manager Justus is patient, kind, and thorough. We got in and got out with ease while he was also helping other customers and training a new person. I highly recommend doing business with this young man!

Visiting the store was great! Great service helpful assistance the manager Justus was very knowledgeable about everything I asked about the phones! Quick and easy I’ll definitely be back!
