We actually went to Best Buy 1st as we have always dealt with them. Un happy with the way they do business now, we went over to Russell Cellular. With all of the running around my husband and I endured today, Angel at this location was the absolute best!!! She fixed a problem THAT WASN’T EVEN A PROBLEM! She deserves a raise, promotion, ANYTHING REWARDING! :)

Just wanted to say that my wife and myself were impressed with Justus. He delivered excellent customer service and solved an issue we had on our phone order with Verizon. I would highly recommend Justus.
