I drove almost an hour to this cheapskate location I called before I got there the lady over the phone said " yes" we buy gently used sneakers. When I arrived I had to wait over an hour to be called for my bid. I had to sign a paper with confidential info on it. The shoes were the newest out 3 pair of newbalance a pair of Jordan's and brand new timberland boots. While I stepped out the building to my car the lady at the desk let the minor child with me sign a paper stating all they would give me was 12 dollars for a pair of brand new timberlands valued 290.00 in the stores or online . They were very rude not only that I watched them pay a woman 50.00 for a bag of rags that I wouldn't even wear. In my opinion the racially profiled me with their nasty jealous attitudes I will never go here again. They sell used rags that goodwill wouldn't even sell plus overpriced NEVER AGAIN JUST WARNING OTHERS....... Especially young black woman these woman are typically racist. I guess they thought I didn't desrver a fair offer o well I went somewhere else and was treated with respect...

This may be limited to me. However, I abided by the stores rules. But then to watch a woman with two crates come in to sell back was disheartening to watch.
No biggie. However, their sense of fashion for plus size women is massively biased and limited to up to size 18. So it's not easy to find variety here for us and to sell.
Just a warning to some of the plus size ladies don't come here thinking you'll find 'fashion'.

So you either love this place or not. Giving 3 stars, because the store is really dusty, and i am giving feedback as a seller. For shoppers it's a heaven, they really have a nice selection and good prices. For sellers, it's quite a challenge now. This is second time they didn't buy any of my items, and now i know why. I came home and took a look at my 2 bags they returned to me, and it seems they only looked at the items on top, figured there is nothing they want, and whatever i had in the bottom, they didn't even look at, because all those clothes were still folded the same way i folded them. So unless you have super popular designer brands don't even bother trying to sell. If you do have something they want i think the offer is about $3-4 per item, no matter used or new. They also changed their policy and stop buying after 1 pm, which is their business, but it's not posted on the website, i guess because each store does what they want since the stores are a franchise. The personnel was always nice to me, so at least that is a good thing. I don't think i will be back selling, not worth the time and a drive.

Went in today at 2;20 to the Rihmond Short Pump location with a bag of ALL brand name clothes. Was told they were not buying today after 1. There was no one at the front of the store and I politely told them that wasn't what their website said. He said that was for the entire franchise, not exclusive to them. Guess they aren't truly part of the franchise. Found him to be very rude. It was only my second time there and the first wasn't the greatest experience either. I will NEVER enter their doors again!
