This store employees are rude and the manager called Haya unprofessional she refused to give me her name to avoid compline her to Ulta company, and refused to cancel my order or give it to me. After I called 911 for her she told the officer her name and I advise everyone never deal with that store.
Bad experience and unprofessional staff. If I have no star I’ll put it to them.

Just left Ulta short pump and my experience was HORRIBLE. The ladies working the checkout up front (if I can even call them that) -Lauryn specifically, were so snotty and rude to me that I was shaking. It's my birthday and I went in to use a gift card, which they weren't helpful with at all. I had to step out of line and ask a floor worker, Porsha, for help. Porsha was FANTASTIC and went the extra mile to help me, and all with a smile on her face and friendly personality. Going back up front, I was asked question after question about adding my phone number, getting points etc., to which I kept saying NO and they were relentless about it. No means No. Then Lauryn proceeded to laugh in my face as she condescendingly wished me a great day. I will NEVER go to this Ulta again. #meangirls

The older I get, the more customer service really does matter to me. I needed to stop in to buy a few items after I got off work today and everyone here was so kind. I didn’t get the girls name who helped me, but she was soo gorgeous and had beautiful curly hair, I was looking for the Laura Mercier to repurchase, because, this drug store setting powder is not setting with ME and my oils ?. She pointed me in the right direction and even knew the color I would need before I could even let her know. LOVE THAT.??
Then once I got in line the cashier was soo kind. I got the name off my receipt, “Persephone”. I’m sad to see you’re leaving for another location, but keep the energy that you displayed today. It’s been a rough week and little things like that truly go a long way. I would definitely recommend this location.

I came in to purchase a tinted mositurizer and was offered help by Tre. He led me to the Nars product and applied it on my skin and I expressed that I didn’t like it. He asked if there was a reason I didn’t like the product I said ehh not sure just not a fan of it! He pauses and then asks again “why didn’t you like the product?” I said I just think it feels heavy on my skin. He verbatim says “I don’t know how it feels heavy it’s a lightweight product.” Tre how long have you been in customer service? It’s showing, babes! He then calls over another person saying “can you help her find a tinted moisturizer she doesn’t like the Nars she said it’s heavy on her skin which I don’t understand!” This guy was strange and the interaction was actually weird. Get well Tre ?

I can't rave enough about my hair stylist Noelle O. In addition to her smiley disposition, she is extremely talented with hair extensions and color. Being new to the area, I was desperate to find someone that could apply my tape-in hair extensions - and she allowed me to use the hair I purchased on amazon. She matched my highlights and color perfectly to the hair. She takes a lot of continuing education specializing in women like me that suffer with hair vulnerabilities - lets just put it that way :) Tell her Michele sent you :)

I had a great experience here! I was looking to buy a self tanner and I didn’t know much about them. Caroline came up to me and helped me pick out an affordable, beginner friendly product. I am very satisfied with my purchase and Caroline was very helpful. Will definitely be back
to this Ulta store.

I just want to leave a nice comment for the individual who helped me a few days ago with my foundation exchange. You were so helpful and made it so simple. thank you so much! thank you for helping me find the products I needed and making the exchange super easy. I am so sorry I did not get your name I was in a hurry to get to work on time that day and super scrambled. you had purple hair and I think a black jumper or black suspender skirt on. I usually do not get good service when I come here but after this interaction I will always make sure to come to this location from here on out. So often people complain and do not leave compliments. <3

I'm a novice when it comes to putting on makeup. Kathera (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) made me feel comfortable while showing me how to apply my makeup properly and still giving me a natural look. She was friendly and very knowledgeable.

I went here on Friday looking for some type of serum for my face since I had some noticeable wrinkles. I asked an employee on what they recommended and they told me to try the Murad Retinol Youth Renewal Serum. The young lady was super nice and patient. The serum was kind of pricy but after 2 days I started to notice my skin starting to look more youthful as if I was back in my 20s!
