Got my hair done by Kaya and she was amazing!!!!!! She gave me exactly what I asked for and recommended some great products I highly recommend especially for my goth/ alt girlies she gave the layers and edge I was looking for!

Overall ok! Can get what you need here and testers are usually available. Pickup is a nice feature. Lines can be long and have to find someone if you want any assistance (shade matching, recommendations, stock) while shopping.
