It's Trader Joe's so expect all the usual good and bad things that come with that. Selection, prices and quality are there along with the crowds, parking and other irritations that involve a trip to Trader Joe's.

My first time there took a client there to get some items..everyone we asked where something was they would stop what they was doing to take us to where the item was..when we went to ck out we was taken right away no wait..love it my first time there and I was giving a nice bag!! Thank u Trader Joe for such a nice experience!!

I recently was diagnosed with Celiac and have gone here to find so many gluten free options. On top of that two women that work here have showed me around and taught me about different ingredients and how to read the label.
Linda is so helpful and sweet and even gave me flowers and congratulated me on my pregnancy. I e never felt taken care in a grocery store but I will continue to drive across town just to see the staff here and have more gluten free options.

I love Trader Joe's! Every Trader Joe's I've been too has always been great, this one is the best and it's about the people who work there! The team members are so friendly and helpful, I love this place.

Trader Joe’s has a reputation for having courteous, friendly, and helpful employees. This location is an excellent example. The store always looks organized despite being a very busy place. Visiting the store reminds me of why I’ve been a loyal shopper and find my closest locations whenever I move to another state. I have several of their cold bags in my vehicle so that I can shop whenever I pass one.

I was really impressed with the product selection, prices, and customer service. I love that their private label beauty products are cruelty free. I found so many unique things. If I lived in the area, I’d be shopping here a lot.

The products and selection is always great and staff friendly and helpful but there are always SO many people in there I feel overwhelmed and am constantly in the way. It makes me feel pressured to rush. I would rather wait in line and enter when there are an appropriate amount of people for the store size where you can take a single step without walking into a shopping cart.

Store is great, location is awful. I didn't feel safe driving there much less getting out of my car. These people are crazy. Wasn't even a holiday, they just don't know how to drive, shop, or walk in a way that acknowledges other humans inhabit their environment.

The absolute best customer service I have ever had! I observed the staff helping everywhere I went. Seriously, they have to be the happiest employees, and it shows. The employee who checked us out was so friendly, I told her we were celebrating my birthday and she went and got me a flower. It was seriously the sweetest gesture from a complete stranger I have ever received. She gives our world so much hope.for the future. Michaela ( I'm not 100 percent sure this is the correct spelling) is the sweetest person I've encountered here in Virginia! I sure hope someone from the store sees this and gives that girl a raise.
