Since 2002, The Learning Experience has been positively impacting the lives of children ages six weeks to six years by developing and implementing ground-breaking childcare and early education programs. Our proprietary curriculum encourages children to learn in their favorite way: by exploring and doing. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers.The Learning Experience curriculum is created to meet or exceed nationwide standards and it's all-inclusive‚with all curriculum programs and enrichment programs like music, engineering and fitness, offered at no additional charge.
We love TLE!! Great facility! The teachers are warm, caring, and hard working. Our daughter was there since she was 10 months, and will continue until she can’t go anymore. She loves her teachers! The director is flexible and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this center :)

We love TLE. They take such good care of our girls. The environment is caring and safe. The growth physically and mentally has been HUGE since starting in April 2024.

TLE Glen Allen has been a great experience for our kids. They’ve developed so much in just the first year there. The teachers are very caring and are always doing fun activities to keep little ones excited about learning.
