I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from the company I paid to send me a proof and blast off an email by December 12th. Today is the 10th and they haven't even started yet. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them, they have not responded or shown any engagement. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund. In the future, I will make sure to choose a more reliable and competent company for my business needs.

Shame on you. My small business paid a great deal on money for direct mail. Three weeks after they had not been delivered, we contacted them and it quickly became a matter of blaming the USPS and then us. Nothing but a runaround. “We don’t guarantee delivery” was a common theme. Which apparently means they don’t guarantee delivery to the correct post office to utilize the program, they don’t guarantee that the post office even recognizes what random package just shows up, and they definitely don’t guarantee working with customers for a solution. So why exactly do you have a direct mail service if you cannot work with USPS to even get your product into circulation. It’s a shame they don’t actually care about customers or small businesses. It would have been a completely different story if they had attempted to work with us in any way, but they didn’t. It’s also a shame they are in partnership with Staples. Looks like neither will get my or anyone I know business again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR EVERY DOOR DIRECT. I have sent 5 mailing and the post office has not delivered to every home as per Every Door Direct. Some people get none, some get multiples. Taradel LLC DOES NOT follow up with the USPS and take no responsibility to complain, get a partial refund - ZERO. It is the USPS problem, but Taradel does not call, file complaint, get a refund from usps- NOTHING. DONT USE THEM.

Do not do business with them. I was going to spend over 11,000 dollars with them but I am glad I didn’t. They have horrible customer service. They don’t return calls. They lose your designs. All the bad reviews they have are similar to my experience. Stay away.

6000+ pieces of direct mail and not a single call? Was it really delivered? As Taradel wrote me "Per our Terms of Use, Taradel’s responsibility is limited to preparing the mail pieces and presenting them to the USPS for delivery."

This Company or the people working for them with kids in the background and never reply back to emails is a nightmare. I spend so much money and my flyers were never sent out. I verified it with the post office. So whatever bogos number they provided was not scanned through the post office. I am not going to sleep on this! I work to hard for the money I gave this Company. Sitting around waiting for flyers to go out and nothing. I constantly call to follow up weekly, no one ever calls. I kind of gotten a push back at the beginning but I just gave it a try and I regret it! I want every penny back. When I ask for a Refund , now they don’t want to talk to me and wants to now transfer me to Customer Service to call me back. I need the CEO to call me

Great RESULTS! I had been spending money for the last year in several digital marketing platforms with no results. The direct mail has brought ******************* the first week. Unlike other marketing strategies this is very easy to measure and have a ******* clear ROI. I know there are many other companies that do this but what made a difference for us was the friendly, professional and almost immediate service.
