We were heading from Southern New Jersey to Surfside Beach, South Carolina for vacation. Our Ford Explorer broke down in Glen Allen, VA. We got the car towed to Southern Automotive. It was Memorial Day weekend. Can't say enough good things about Shane at Southern. He fixed the problem with our transmission and other problems he found with the vehicle in addition to the main problem. Shane and his team did an A+ job. Thank you from Lynn and John Hoban.

If you want front end alignment and tire balancing no one can beat these guys, I had taken my 2015 dodge ram pickup to another shop and they screwed it up so bad it destroyed the front tires in two months, my truck had a 3 inch lift kit and I added offset upper ball joints and the other shop said it couldn't be aligned. Southern had zero issue doing it right the first time.
