We have been taking our dogs for yearsThey all love Dr. Lucas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They all understand the relationship we have with our pets, and they provide the services to help and enhance that relationship.

The team at Shady Grove Animal Clinic is incredible. Over the years, our sweet pups have seen all of the amazing veterinarians at this practice. All are outstanding and make sure you fully understand what is going on with your pet.Their knowledge and compassion carried us through difficult times with our senior pup over the last year. We had the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Fant and appreciate her more than she will ever know. She was so patient, kind, and supportive of my sweet angel's needs, as well as ours, as his pet parents.After our sweet Hansel's passing, we received personal phone calls, and numerous touching cards from this amazing practice.No matter what the drive is from our home (now or in the future), our pets will always go to this practice!

We had to let our precious dog Trixie go….. after multiple health challenges. Dr DeBell and his staff were so wonderful through the whole process. We love Shady Grove Animal Clinic so much!!!!

My pooch just had his annual, and as always the vet was so patient and truly loves what she does. She discussed his health and didn't rush at all. It's nice to feel seen and heard.

All the vets are great. Doesn’t matter who you see. They treat our animal family members like their own. Great staff as well! All so friendly and helpful!

ZERO STARS. NO compassion whatsoever. Emergency needed visit because they are less than a mile from our house. I told them twice my 10 year old black lab was on the verge of dying and needed to be seen RIGHT AWAY. He was having trouble breathing and it was EXTREMELY scary. I told them it was an emergency 2 times. They said I could drop him off and they would get to him when "they could" because of other scheduled appointments that day. I said no, he could possibly die while waiting. They said " I'm sorry thats all we have available." Then they hung up on me. My dog died 30 minutes later right before loading him into the car to go 30 mins away. Thanks shady grove for your lack of concern and ability to do the right thing. rip duncan

Today was my first visit with Shady Grove and I’m so happy I chose them as the vet for my 2 cats. They treat you and your pets with kindness, empathy, and love! The doctor listened to my concerns and answered my questions and made me leave feeling at ease! I’m so glad to have found them and can’t recommend them enough!

Dr DeBell He is the Best!!! Took my toy poodle after he fell off couch and hurt his leg. I thought he had dislocated his hip. Dr Debell diagnosed the injury as a deep tissue injury that should heal without further tests and adjustments. He was exactly right. !! Saved us from doing excess tests. Thank you for your excellent care.

They get us in whenever they can, and with caring arms they accept my delicate little Great Dane , and she is totally getting better about going to the Dr. So it must not be all that bad

Very rude on the phone and not interested in giving me a simple quote. Looking for a vet and was simply asking for cost of services.

Dr Elliott is the very best vet that I have ever had. I have been taking my dog to her for 10 years and think she has hung the moon. I am in my late seventies and have had a dog ever since I was six. I feel so strongly about her that when and if she retires, I doubt I could go to another vet.Posie's other vet who is a dermatologist told me that everyone else in the practice is also top notch, although I have never seen one of her partners.
