The only way to work out. You push yourself with the support of those around you, no wasted time, and you enjoy the outdoors. Great mix of people from all stages of fitness and life. A gym would be a letdown after STPT.

Seal Team PT is the best workout program I have ever experienced. It not only challenges you physically, but mentally as well. This program has allowed me to meet amazing people, get in shape, and have lots of fun. Thanks STPT!!
