Roy's painted the hood and cab roof of my Toyota pickup truck. The original seal coat had deteriorated badly and some of the paint had worn off completely. The body preparation and paint job done by Roy's was superior. The truck looks like new. I highly recommend Roy's for any body work you need to have done. You will be happy with their work.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My family was passing through when we broke down on the side of the highway. The team at Roy’s went above and beyond to help get our car back on the road. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hard work!

To be fair - I only came in for a consult. I was helped promptly and given a detailed estimate. Due to the nature of the work I need done I don't think it's a good fit, but the service seems to be really good.

I've been to Roys for two separate incidents now and I can only say good things. First of all, they are so easy to work with, everyone I've talked to has been kind & Madi especially was so helpful when dealing with insurance companies. They did a great job on both my hood & bumper AND on a separate occasion my drivers door. A metallic silver, to my knowledge, is known to be one of the harder colors to paint match.. but as you can see they do an excellent job and the work speaks for itself. They truly deserve every 5 star rating for what they do. If I need additional work in the future I will be back!

If you want and honest, excellent, and reasonable body work done to your car go no further. My son, a University Richmond student, took his car to Roy's to repair a dent on the side of his car. We were amazed by how quickly and perfectly the repair was made and the BEYOND reasonable cost. This is a great place!

I had some pretty bad damage but pay too much, and they were able to provide great service for a great price. The car looked so good when I went to get it I didn't even recognize it. They were so thoughtful and really worked hard to deliver great customer service. I was also surprised at how fast they were able to get the repairs done. I will be using them for all of my body repair needs.
