I guess because it was the holiday, the staff was tired or not invested in working. I walked in and was looking for assistance and two caucasion salesman ignored me. As I continued to browse, a nice African American salesman came over and asked if I needed assistance and ofcourse I did. He made my purchase seemless. He was attentive and kind. Otherwise, I love this store and will continue to patronize it as long as I need furniture!

Our visit to Rooms To Go on Memorial Day was truly fantastic. The exceptional service we received from Ruth exceeded all our expectations. Ruth was not only extremely friendly but also possessed a vast knowledge about all the furniture. She asked all the right questions and made us feel completely at ease. We shared our specific interests with her, and she delivered flawlessly. Ruth truly understood our needs and desires. It was not the reputation of Rooms To Go that convinced us to make a purchase, but rather our outstanding experience with Ruth. We will definitely return to Rooms To Go in the future, solely to work with Ruth and make our purchases. We extend our gratitude to Rooms To Go for employing such an exceptional individual and for offering perfectly priced products for our Memorial Day purchase.

As we walked in we were greeted by Robert. He gave us some details of what going on and where to navigate to find what we were looking for and gave us time to look around at our own paste. He did check on us periodically. He answered our questions about materials and fabric’s. He patiently waited until we were ready. He told us about different financial option's they have on site. He was really a pleasant person to work with. Thanks to Robert we got what we wanted.
