Richmond Ford West is the most organized dealer I've ever been to for service on your vehicle and when you schedule service they are ready for you at your scheduled time. They even offer to take you somewhere close by to eat or shop while your vehicle is being serviced. Incredible place to work on your vehicle.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Jeannine. I actually went to a Ford dealership closer to my home and so was disappointed with my experience that I didn’t even think I liked the car I had come to test. I wanted to give Ford one more shot and Jeannine completely redeemed everything in the first three minutes of my appointment. She cut to the chase to hear what I really wanted in a car, didn’t try to BS me into something different than what I had asked for and gave me a realistic advice when I was trying to decide between two cars. I never felt pressured and communication was always clear and open. I really appreciated that she sat me down in the car and let me know what settings she personally liked and why. I know our timeline overlapped with an appointment that she had set, and seamlessly worked out the conflict without making me feel like an inconvenience. As a woman, it was also just easier for me to trust a woman (especially one as emotionally and practically intelligent as Jeannine). I hope you know what a treasure Jeannine is to your company! I also was really impressed by how well all of the Ford employees work together to make me as satisfied with the product as possible. Joey was incredible in helping me decide on features like a ceramic coating and tinting, and even met me at the shop on a Friday evening to let me see different examples of what I could order. Ford also has a really great Services on training you to understand all of the fancy features :) You all are the best!

I scheduled an appointment for a state inspection and I was really impressed. I was in and out within 45 minutes to an hour for my appointment. Way to go Richmond Ford West.

Took car in twice for the same issue. The Service Care Rep was amazing he did his best to work with the repair team but the repair team member didn’t know what the issue was. Instead of him saying he didn’t know and asking for help he kept coming up with different reasons for the issue. Picked my car up the second time and my battery light is still on. They claimed to have changed out my alternator that I just paid to get replaced a few months ago but at this point im not even sure if they replaced it. It was a waste of a week with no car and waste of money for a test to see what the issue was just to get it back and it still not be repaired.
