I took my truck to Red Jenkins yesterday for an oil change. While most shops take their time, my oil change was completed in a timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed.
I was greeted with a smile upon arrival. The customer service I received while there was excellent. I definitely felt valued as a customer.
I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto service.

This place sucks i was preferred and sorry i went .I spent over a thousand dollars and nothing still worked they inspected my car lights still off . Charge me for oil change oil and filter was the old one ? I'll take the L be will never come back

Great experience at my first time at Red Jenkins Auto Center. I’ve relocated to Richmond area and had been given their name as a recommendation. From the phone call to schedule my service to the completion of work done, it all went so well. Lee, by phone scheduled my job and was courteous and accommodating to my schedule. Chad greeted me at the check in window and was welcoming. Waiting area and bathroom were neat and clean. At completion of work, Chad came out and explained everything and let me know next steps I could consider. Customer service is excellent and would recommend them ??
Side note, while was there a state police car up on a rack and an FBI car was dropped off for service. I felt like I’d made a wise choice in using Red Jenkins Auto Center for my car needs.

A friend recommended this place for state inspection. First inspection I have ever had without someone trying to upsell me parts or labor.
Staff was friendly and had my car back to me the same day. I'll now be servicing my vehicle here

On January 30th I took my future girlfriends 2005 nissan in for inspection this shop told her the inspection failed due to a leaking steering rack if they did the repair the fee would be $900.Here is the problem. She owned this vehicle for 2 years it is garage kept and it does not have any leaks . I advised her to go to another inspection station but remove the rejection sticker and the report and keep it on hand.When the tech inspected the vehicle It passed with no problems she said "how is the steering rack" he said mamn this vehicle is in immaculent condition"On Feb 5 I returned to Red Jenkins auto to question their motives 1st I was told the power steering reservoir was empty.If that's true how did she have power steering?Then He said it leaked out.but I live 1/4 mile from this establishment I checked the vehicle over before the inspection and all of the fluids were fine.Then I asked "so if the fluid leaks out in 1/4 Mile how is she able to steer the vehicle with no issues from brook rd to the Darbytown rd area then to another inspector days later and she driving it right now and didn't loose a drop of power steering fluid?They claim they have no reason to lie but the evidence shows they run a shady business and if you don't know any better they will cheat you.THIS PLACE SHOULD BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN HENRICO COUNTY

I been taking my car to Red Jenkins Auto Center for years. Red Jerkins Auto Center have new owners and the service is not the same. I drop my car on a Thursday night for a state inspection and it took them four days to do a state inspection. When I got my car back my door handle in the inside was broken. I called Red Jenkins Auto Center to ask them what happened to my door handle because it wasn't broke when I drop it off. They denied that they broke it and stated that it was broken when I drop it off .I will never take my vehicles back there just rude and unprofessional.

First time there. Very helpful, squeezed me in to get my daughters car inspected. Lounge area was large and clean. Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with, including the young man at the front desk!!! I will be taking my cars to them in the future!
