Can't go wrong with a Publix! They are always a nice clean store and the cashier was very polite. Love thar they give children a free cookie to enjoy while parents shop. And It's always nice they offer to put your groceries in your car for you.

This grocery store is really clean. I appreciated all of the food options - salad bar, bakery, deli where you can order sandwiches.

The staff are helpful and polite. The deli staff make amazing subs, following online orders to the letter. It is smaller than other Publix in the area, but rarely do I find an item I need out of stock. The BOGOs are the best!

The manager cares about their products MORE THAN YOU. My friend accidentally tipped over some wine, and their main concern was to get her banned, and replace the products rather than focus on the safety of their beloved, frequent customer.

So disappointed. Since when do online orders take priority over a paying customer standing right in front of you? Stopped today for lunch and was ignored by no less than 4 people while they built sandwiches for someone who wasn't even there. Their time is no more valuable than mine. Publix, do better.

I used to order all of my custom cakes at this particular publix. I was always really pleased with the results. Last week, I was invited to participate in a potluck and I decided to bring the cake for the occasion. It is a religious holiday and I decided I wanted something sort of special. I reached out to catering with a few sheet cake ideas and was told the bakery manager would get back to me. Days passed, and no one got back to me. I called catering and tried to discuss my order request. I spoke with someone named "Jenn" she seemed disinterested in speaking with me. She told me they don't do custom cakes and I should just look through the book and choose a design from there. I told her I had ordered custom cakes before from publix before. She then said they've been limiting their custom cake orders. After some back and forth, she begrudgingly said she'd talk to the bakery manager. When she did get back to me, she confirmed the design was doable, quoted me on the wrong size sheet cake, and added a 15 dollar decorator charge. I decided to go to another publix location and order the cake, they didn't charge me an extra fee and they were very polite. Folks, if you want a custom cake don't go to this location.
